Pump Shaft

The pump shaft is used to fix the water pump impeller and drive the impeller to rotate.

Its main function is to transfer the torque input from the engine to the impeller and fan, and provide the energy required by the impeller and fan to perform work.

Rotor Shaft Finishing:

The finishing of the rotor shaft refers to the fine processing of the outer circle of the rotor shaft. This step is a key process to ensure the accuracy of the motor air gap and the performance of the motor. Any defects in this process will eventually manifest as uneven air gaps, which will seriously affect the performance of the motor.

Select high-quality 304 material, which has the advantages of anti-rust, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

New machine tool processing (processing accuracy up to 0.003mm) to ensure that the rotor shaft processing accuracy requires 0-0.01, and the rotor shaft concentricity requirements (0-0.003mm). To ensure the smooth operation of the rotor and the accuracy of the motor stator air gap.

Precision grinder equipment (grinding accuracy can reach 0.0005mm), the processed rotor shaft is subjected to fine grinding (the bearing position of the shaft, the mechanical seal position, and the press-fitting part of the rotor blank are ground) to ensure the installation requirements of the rotor shaft (Bright and clean degree： 6 ), the mechanical seal of the rotor shaft is treated with a mirror finish (Bright and clean degree： 8). Ensure that the rotor shaft matches the mechanical seal. Prevent water from entering the inside of the motor.

The use of cast iron material, precision machining (fitting with the bearing +0.005/+0.012mm), makes the bearing seat and the bearing more reasonable, increases the service life of the bearing, and enhances the stability of the bearing operation.
